1. Authorized use
This application is intended for authorized Bala Vikasa staff and approved users for group-meeting monitoring, reporting, and related programme work.
2. Data accuracy
Users must enter meeting, attendance, venue, and other programme information accurately and must not knowingly submit false, misleading, or duplicate records.
3. Location and photo evidence
Meeting submission requires current device Location information and meeting photo evidence where the form requests it. By submitting a record, the user confirms that the captured location and photo relate to the reported meeting and are being provided for authorized programme monitoring.
4. Device permissions
The application may request access to location, camera, and selected files or photos only when those functions are needed. Users may manage browser or device permissions through their device settings.
5. Responsible use
- Do not share access with unauthorized persons.
- Do not upload unrelated, unlawful, or inappropriate content.
- Protect personal information visible in meeting records and reports.
- Report suspected misuse or incorrect records to the responsible administrator.
6. Availability and updates
Bala Vikasa may maintain, update, restrict, or suspend application features when required for security, data quality, programme operations, or technical maintenance.
7. Privacy
Use of information collected through this application is also subject to the Privacy Policy.
